For obvious reasons PeopleFindUSA cannot perform a search on a public figure or a well known celebrity. The subject must be 18 years of age or older. We are limited to searching for people within the United States. They must have been resident, or at least have resided in the country for a significant period of time. If someone does not want to be found, or if they are in prison, or in a witness relocation program then they will most probably not be found in the databases that we have access to. We will not find the person that you are looking for if you provide inaccurate or very sparse information. Although we make every effort to provide you with the results that you are looking for, we cannot guarantee the results if the information provided is incomplete or inaccurate.

Records for residents of US commonwealth countries and possessions of the US are more difficult to obtain, often incomplete or unobtainable.  [The U.S. has twelve unincorporated territories, also known as possessions, and two commonwealths. The major possessions are American Samoa, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. All of these have a non-voting representative in the U.S. Congress. The major commonwealths are Puerto Rico and the Northern Marianas. Commonwealths have their own constitutions and greater autonomy than possessions, and Guam is currently in the process of moving from the status of unincorporated territory to commonwealth. The residents of all of these places are full U.S. citizens, with the exception of those on American Samoa who are U.S. nationals, but not citizens. If the information that you have is incomplete and there are many possible matches to your search, then we reserve the right to make an additional charge for long lists over 50 people.
